Chest - Measure the circumference under your armpit at the fullest point of your chest.
Waist - Measure the circumference at the smallest point of your waist.

Runs very small. Great material and very comfortable order two sizes up if you have a long torso! I’m a medium in all tops. I had to order an XL!
