OUR EASY RETURN POLICY

We understand that things happen, so if you aren’t satisfied with your items, we accept orders for return now at an extended time period from the date of purchase.

Please note that we do not do exchanges. It is easier and faster to just return the item to us for refund and place a new order at your convenience.

We are happy to accept orders for return 30 days from the date of purchase if your items meet the following criteria:

• Items cannot be worn and must be in new and unused condition.
• Items must not be washed.
• Items must have all original tags attached and intact.

Note - "Items must not be worn" policy applies also to underwear and all active and training shorts due to their interior liners.

Holiday Shipping: All orders placed between November 1st - December 25th will be eligible for return until January 31, 2025.

Additional Returns Details:

• We deduct shipping label costs on returns, from the total product refund. If your return amount is less than the cost of the shipping label an invoice will be emailed to you. Please note that only the cost of the original item is refundable.
• If you received an incorrect item or would like to make a warranty claim please contact us directly.
• Excessive abuse of our returns will receive a $10 restocking fee per item returned.
• No returns/refunds after 30 days.
• We guarantee all merchandise purchased through BYLT Canada
• Returns must be in new/unworn condition and all packaging must be included to be accepted as a return. 
• Please note that we do thoroughly check all of our returns and if the items are returned in poor condition a $10 restocking fee may be applied to your refund total.
• All sale items are final sale.

Please note, in the event you have more than one order to process at the same time as any single return, your returns must be packaged separately in their original order with their appropriately assigned return label.

Our BYLT LUX fabric is made with premium quality fibers that form fit over time with washing. The LUX fabric tailors to a structured and compressed shape strengthened with each wash. For ultimate quality and care, machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry on low heat.
