RETURNING ITEMS PURCHASED THROUGH BYLT CANADA
- We deduct shipping label costs on returns, from the total product refund. If your return amount is less than the cost of the shipping label an invoice will be emailed to you. Please note that only the cost of the original item is refundable.
- If you received an incorrect item or would like to make a warranty claim please contact us directly.
- Excessive abuse of our returns will receive a $10 restocking fee per item returned.
- No returns/refunds after 30 days.
- We guarantee all merchandise purchased through BYLT Canada
- Returns must be in new/unworn condition and all packaging must be included to be accepted as a return.
- Please note that we do thoroughly check all of our returns and if the items are returned in poor condition a $10 restocking fee may be applied to your refund total.
- All sale items are final sale.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund.
- Please note that we do not do exchanges. It is easier and faster to just return the item to us and place a new order at your convenience.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BYLT SIGNATURE BLEND & LUX BLEND FABRIC?
While both are seemingly interchangeable when it comes to their uses, there are distinct differences depending on your specific needs.
The Signature Blend fabric is designed to offer a versatile and comfortable choice for daily wear, while the Lux Blend fabric provides a premium, luxurious feel tailored for occasions where a softer and more refined material is preferred.

- Free standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $150
- Canadian orders under $150 will be charged $20 for shipping.
- Canadian Express shipping (1-3 business days) is available for $30
- BYLT Canada makes no guarantee on the delivery estimates listed here.
- Orders valued over $100 will require a signature for delivery.
- Orders placed after 2:30pm PST will leave our warehouse the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or after 2:30pm PST on Friday leave our warehouse on Monday or the next business day during long weekends (BC, Canada long weekend schedule).
- Deliveries are made on weekdays only.
- Orders are shipped from Vancouver using Fedex.
